To find out what the elements for improvement priorities required by company, this study therefore proposes the Kano Manipulating Graph. This graph is generated based on Kano method related to quality attributes. The graphs show that the elements of Herzberg’s Hygiene factors related to employees satisfaction can be constructed in quadrant of the Dissatisfaction (DS↑) high and Not-Satisfaction (CS’↑) high toward Dysfunctional (DF↑) and Not-Functional (F’↑) high.
